Customer Service for Management
Energized employees impress customers, enhance image, improve positive word- of-mouth, and increase repeat business. In order to enjoy internal customer service and repeat business, customer service has to start at the top. A Manager’s role in customer service is very different from that of a front-line employee. Besides all of the basic skills required to provide exceptional service, a manager is also a role model. A manager encourages innovative and creative ideas, creates excitement, coaches and motivates front line team members. Every management decision makes employees' lives easier or ties their hands.
This training program is for management who want to create a company culture with service by motivating, training, and enabling their employees to deliver excellent customer service. Participants will assess their current skills, identify areas for improvement and set future goals for success.

Developing Leaders
Develop and refine effective management skills to strengthen the present and build for the future. In the book “First break all the rules. What the world’s greatest managers do differently”, by Marcus Buckingham & Curt Coffman, it states “A talented employee may join a company because of its charismatic leaders, its generous benefits, and its world class training programs, but how long that employee stays & how productive he is while he is there is determined by his relationship with his immediate Supervisor.” They go on to say that employees do not leave an organization, they leave a manager or supervisor. This comprehensive workshop includes such topics as leadership styles, coaching and motivating staff, effective communication, building relationships and conflict resolution. Leaders will assess their strengths, their preferred style of problem solving, and also how their style relates to other people’s styles, particularly those that are different from their own.
